3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
3.1. Orders shipped outside the country of origin may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
3.2. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
3.3. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs procedures.

4. Shipping Restrictions
4.1. We currently ship to the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and selected international destinations.
4.2. We do not ship to countries or territories subject to international trade restrictions, embargoes, or sanctions as defined by U.S. or EU law.
5. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
5.1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
5.2. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
5.3. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, the customer may request reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
6. Risk of Loss
6.1. All products purchased from our Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
6.2. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
6.3. For tracked or insured shipments, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier in the event of loss or damage.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
7.1. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing Info@celticlion.co.uk with photographs of the damaged items and packaging.
7.2. Claims for missing or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receipt. Additional verification or documentation may be required before a replacement or refund is issued.
8. Compliance With Consumer Protection Laws
8.1. For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to certain consumer rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, except for items exempted by law (e.g., customized or perishable goods).
8.2. For customers in the United States, this Policy complies with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR §435), which requires us to ship within the timeframe stated at purchase or within 30 days of order placement.
